Coaching

Coaching is all about guiding people in ways so that they are able to unlock their own hidden potential to maximise their performance and help them to learn rather than teaching them. All the answers that we need are within us, we only need to be asked the right question to unlock those answers and then act on them. And that’s what I do as an integrative nutritionist and health coach- help people discover the right answers for their healthy life. Health coaching isn’t about one diet or one way of living. Instead, is focusing on the uniqueness of each individual as no two people have the same life, problems and hence solutions.

We all are different and have unique dietary, lifestyle, emotional, and physical needs. This means that it can never be one size fits all. Instead, I work with clients to help them set a routine and bring discipline in their life which suits their typical day and timings. I also help them to discover how to fuel their bodies and become the healthiest, happiest versions of themselves through a holistic approach considering their food habits and other aspects of their life like happiness, relationships, career, joy, spirituality etc. It’s simple, we all love to be independent in every aspect of our life and as a health coach, I educate people and allow them to hear their inner calling or voice, which then helps them to be health independent.

If you are somebody who has bounced from diet to diet and trend to trend only to realise that it did not help you to meet or sustain your goals, and made you feel like you’ve failed and left you demotivated to get back on your health track, DO NOT WORRY, YOU’RE NOT ALONE, WE TOTALLY FEEL YOU & most importantly, WE LISTEN TO YOU, WE HEAR YOU! You don’t need to beat yourself up for not achieving your desired health goals or for struggling with unknown health issues. We are all WORK IN PROGRESS and no one can ever be perfect, nor are we meant to be. But if we strive to do better each day than where we are, we can reach heights we could only imagine of. All you need to do is trust the process, and believe that the universe places you in the right place at the right time to be a vessel for its grand plans.

Health is not a destination. It is a journey to be enjoyed and cherished while changing your habits one day at a time. Health does not happen overnight; it is not found in a powder or a pill, nor is it a 21-day plan. It is a daily practice! And the more you practice it, the better you get at it and, the better you understand your body and yourself, the healthier you become.

The intention is to become physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually healthy through the combination of right thoughts, habits, choices and actions each day and every day.
